Lulu the Loomed Dolly©

There is a cute pattern for a doll, made with the knitting loom, on Bevs Country Cottage web site. I don't have the tiny loom that she used, so I used my blue knifty knitter loom. The doll turned out larger then the ones Bev makes, but it was still cute. I did a few things differently then she did in the pattern, like the face and the way I attached the hair but that is the beauty of the loom! You can make things *your own*. I plan to make another one, but a little *boy* so I can give a set of twins to my niece - she is the one who has a new pair of twins at home. :OD

Her is a pick of *Greta*. Her face is still wet - I used fabric paint to do the eyes and mouth, and lipstick for the cheeks. I messed up a little, but I figured a 2 1/2 year old wouldn't care that much....let's hope. She measures about 30 cm.

For lunch today I made my delicious BBQ Chicken Pizza. SOOO good. I had to post a picture, since it looks so delicious. haha (Man, I love my cooking!)

Alrighty, that's all I've got today. I was busy being a crafty-crafter and now I have to start dinner. I found a new recipe for Chicken Parmigiana on Martha's site I might try, since I have left over mozzarella from the pizza. (Did I tell you how good the pizza was??)

Enjoy the rest of your Friday and have a fabulous weekend!

It's in my belly! hehe

It is SOO easy you will laugh at me.

Pizza crust from grocers fresh frige section
One bottle of BBQ sauce
chicken, cubes and cooked in oil and a little BBQ sauce, sale/pepe
sliced onion
mozzarella cheese
parm cheese
- cook the chicken while you are pre-cooking the crust for five minutes (with sauce). remove from oven, add chicken, onions, and cheeses. Bake. wa-la!If this is confusing, let me know. I am in the proces of making dinner, so I am hurrying. :OD

You know, on other blogs those pictures would be called "food porn" :-). They certainly made me salivate, and the recipe sounds easy enough for me to try. Thanks!

Where in the heck did you find BBQ sauce? The pizza looks so good that I am drooling! Too bad for me that our kitchen is empty and it is SUNDAY (not a single store open here)!!!! I am thinking I might make roast cat since I have all of the stuff I need to make it. Don't worry, I will be sure to post the pictures! hehehehe!
See you Sunday?

Franco keeps asking me to make another pizza...I guess he liked it. Cyn - I found the BBQ sauce at Iper - where they have the mayo and ketchup and all that. I have also seen it (although another brand) at Esselunga. Gia said she makes her own - I have NO idea how, but maybe she will tell us, and then you can use that? The pizza was SOOOO easy, and good!

Yes, Sunday!
