off to como for the weekend

Tomorrow, Franco's cousin is getting married in Menaggio. We decided to make a weekend of it, so we are leaving this evening for Lago di Como.



The wedding is at 11:30 tomorrow morning, and I didn't want to have to wake up super early, drive in my dress, dying of heat, before the wedding. We are going with Zia Giuli and Franco's cousins Luca and Marcella.

The wedding lunch is at the Grand Hotel Victoria. It looks beautiful. Saturday night there is a huge fireworks show on the lake that we plan on going to. Should be a fun weekend!

Michele is the cousin getting married. He is a policeman in Como. *be cool - it's the fuzz* hehe He is the nephew of Franco's mom.

So, needless to say, I will not be blogging this weekend, or looming, or cookin! I will be enjoying a wedding feast and laying in the sun! Our hotel has a pool, we plan to spend sunday poolside!
